By participating in the "Detroit Flava Pack Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Detroit Flava are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2023 and ends on September 30, 2023. Entries received after the specified end date will not be considered.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must post a photo related to dorm check-in, tag @DetroitFlava, and use the hashtag #detroitflava on social media platforms.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries weekly. The winner will be announced on September 30, 2023 on Detroit Flava's official social media accounts and notified via direct message.

Prize: The winner will receive a Detroit Flava Personal Pack. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release Detroit Flava, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, or claim arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.

Publicity: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Detroit Flava the right to use their submitted photos, names, and social media handles for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Disqualification: Detroit Flava reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the official rules or shows signs of tampering, cheating, or fraud.

Modification or Cancellation: Detroit Flava reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, no compensation or prize will be awarded.

Privacy: Personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Detroit, MI.
